Thompson Transportation Services, Inc. is a Certified Minority Vendor (NMBC). We were formed at the request of a Fortune 100 company unable to source traffic, transportation and distribution through a qualified, certified and capable Minority Vendor. Our President, Bob Thompson, is a co-founder and partner of General Transportation Services, Inc. and Hybrid Logistics, Inc. Thompson is a non-asset based, third-party provider of freight brokerage, project management, consulting and supply chain solutions. Since 1996 we have provided customers with qualified and reliable contractors.

We provide the full menu of Certified Minority Vendor “Qualified” services within the transportation/distribution/ freight services market. Projects range from single “transactional” moves to closed loop, pool distribution and dedicated service runs. From one load, spot business, to full project management. Our first project was a very specific, time definite / Just-In-Time repetitive move from the Willamette Valley of Oregon to Boise, ID (and back), which we performed at 99% service over two years with only one weather related delay.

We have grown from that one customer to a full range of customers, each with unique needs and shipping operations and each looking to specifically work with Minority Vendors.
